#1177 - Integration not working

HI, My sugarchimp integration does not seem to be working - the sync updates from my target lists are not updating to the correct information in mailchimp and I cannot access any of the **Sugarchimp Configuration**, **Field Mapping** or **Health Status** in the admin section of Sugar. When i try and click on them it comes up with this message: Data not available. Page does not exist. Our sugar system has just updated to 7.5 do not know if this may have affected then intergration. Can you please advise on a course of action. Thanks, Caroline

    Hi Caroline, sorry for the issues. This sounds exactly like an issue you would see after getting upgraded to 7.5.

    All you should need to do is download the latest package of SugarChimp and re-install it through Admin > Module Loader. There's no need to uninstall the old version. https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders

    I have re installed the new version your linked me to - though it is still coming up with the same message even after i have re validated the licence key.

      I still show you are on an old version of SugarChimp. I'm going to need to take a closer look at this for you.

    Just following up here and closing out the case... We found that the issue was indeed related to a SugarCRM upgrade issue. Sugar was able to resolve the issue on their end and now SugarChimp is working well.
