#1815 - Issue with SugarOpenCloud 7.5.2.3 and SugarChimp 7.5.8i ?
Hi,
We are running SugarOpenCloud 7.5.2.3 and SugarChimp 7.5.8i and are seeing an issue where our filter function no longer shows the available fields, only My Items and My Favourites.
SugarCRM have advised us to disable SugarChimp as this appears to be the cause of the problem. Are you aware of this issue ? Is there a later version of SugarChimp available that would resolve this ?

Hi Shaun, I can help with this. There are no known SugarChimp issues and it affecting other filter functions. There are a couple possibilities here:
1) They gave you a default response because they saw that a third-party module was installed. This is usually their goto-response unfortunately.
2) Or there is an issue that we haven't seen before. Did Sugar provide you any other details? Or did they just said it was SugarChimp's fault? If they have any other details, please let us know what they said or ask for more details.

Shaun let us know over email that a Repair & Rebuild cleared up the issue and the original issue was not caused by SugarChimp. I'm going to close this case out now. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thanks!
