#2210 - New lists in mailchimp are created but with no suscribers

Hello, We are not able to see any suscriber in the lists populated from sugarcrm across sugarchimp. All checks seems ok.

    Hello, when you first install SugarChimp it will create your empty MailChimp list for you on Step 4 of the setup process. SugarChimp will connect a Sugar Target List to a MailChimp List. When you add people to the Sugar Target List, they will be added to the MailChimp List.

    Have you added anyone to your synced Sugar Target List yet?

    If so, you will need to make sure your Sugar Schedulers are running. The SugarChimp Scheduler which runs every 5 minutes is what actually sends the data over to MailChimp. Are your Sugar Schedulers running?

      Hello, I did a double check on the target lists and repopulated again. The schedules are running. There is chance to attach screen-shots ? Kind Regards.

    Hellio again, but when I go to the sugarchimp configuration on sugar I get; SmartList Scheduler Status
    Last Ran: The SmartList scheduler job is missing. Interval:
    Scheduler Status: Inactive

    Hello, thanks for the update. Please send your screenshots to support@sugarchimp.com so we can give them a look.

    Have you tried running a repair and rebuild? The "The SmartList scheduler job is missing" sounds like either the installation didn't complete all the way or maybe you have some permission issues on your server.

    If the repair and rebuild doesn't clear it up, maybe you can try reinstalling SugarChimp?
