#2298 - Lists not syncing

Update on this, according to Sugar scheduler the job has been running since 9:30am PT but no results in Mailchimp as of yet.

Sorry about that, thanks for letting us know. Are you available to meet the same time tomorrow morning? I'd be able to take a closer look then.
We'll need to look at the sugar logs which we should be able to access through the ftp program you were using. We'll also need to be able to see the database. Do you also have access to the database?
If the job stuck due to an error, we'll need to access the database to remove the stuck job record and give it another try.

Thanks for following up. I do think we got it sorted and after thinking about it the monthly expense is too much for us. How do I end the trial?

Hi - I was recently charged for the subscription and I had asked about canceling -- we do not want the plugin at the high monthly cost. Please refund the charge and cancel our account.
