Hello Mason,
I apologize for the troubles. Can you explain the process in which those Leads are being created so I can get an idea of where the touch points are for SugarChimp? Are they Leads coming in from MailChimp forms?

The leads are imported via a list into MailChimp, and then are syncing over to Sugar. It seems to not be finding the original record, and create a new one.

Hello,
Found an issue within Sugar where 3 MailChimp subscribers were synced to Sugar and unable to include an email address. This was causing SugarChimp to create duplicates each time those subscribers were updated from MailChimp. We have deleted the duplicates and added email addresses in Sugar for those 3 subscribers.
If you find any more duplicates in the future let us know. Until then, I'm going to go ahead and close this case out. Thanks for your patience as we pushed through the issues. Cheers.
