#2538 - Cannot upgrade to SugarChimp
Hi,
This is a follow up to ticket [#2199 - Unable to upgrade SugarChimp from 7.5.5a to 7.5.9 / 7.7.1](https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/support/SugarChimp/2199). Since that ticket was raised, we have upgraded our SugarCRM version. We tried to upgrade to [SugarChimp 7.7.4](https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/download/4367), but experienced the same result as last time. I have further details to help your investigation, including logs and screenshots, but would prefer not to share them in a publicly-visible ticket such as this.
Please advise on how we can progress the SugarChimp upgrade.
