#3213 - Last Ran: The SugarChimp scheduler job is missing.

Hello,

For the past few days, we have seen this error message in the health status area of SugarChimp. As a result our lists are not syncing.

I have tried a Quick Repair and Rebuild as suggested on any ticket, but the message remains.

SugarChimp version: 7.8.1s Sugar version: SugarCRM Professional, Version 7.8.2.1 (Build 40)

Any help appreciate. Thanks.

    Hello Phil,

    I'm sorry for the trouble. Typically missing schedulers are the result of a poor installation of SugarChimp on the server. Are you self-hosting SugarCRM? When you go to admin > Module Loader, is SugarChimp showing as installed in the top section, or in the bottom section?

    Either way, I suggest we try to re-install the latest version of the plug-in, 7.9.1, which can be found from your main dropdown, Purchases page. If this installation still does not create the scheduler job appropriately, then something in our installation process is being blocked, typically by permissions. We will need to look further into those settings to figure out what needs to be addressed.

      Thanks for your reply.

      Before we reinstall, just wanted to check if we will we lose our currently synced lists as a result of this?

    You will not lose any settings as long as you do not uninstall or disable the previous version. Let me know how it goes.
