#3563 - SugarChimp not installed correctly
Hi, I have problem with SugarChimp installation.
I installed SugarChimp package 'sugarchimp-7.11.0-for-suitecrm.zip' from Sugar's Module Loader. It did not redirect to the Welcome page during installation but the package installed successfully. Now when I try to open SugarChimp Configuration page from Admin->SugarChimp section, it shows only the top menu with modules names including 'SugarChimp' but the main section of this page is blank. Same with Health Status and Field Mapping. Mailchimp Activities however loads properly with 0 number of records.
Is there anything I have missed? Sugar version is 7.11.0, Professional.
Please help get this fixed as soon as possible.

Hello Waqar,
If you go back to your download options, there is another package that is specifically for Sugar 7, which ends in 'for-Sugar7.zip'. If you download this package and install it over the previous version, those pages should begin to show for you correctly.

The issue is resolved after installing the package specific for Sugar 7. You can close this case.

Thank you for updating this case with that information. If anything else comes up during your trial, I'm happy to help you out. I've also extended the trial out until March 16, to ensure the client has ample time to test the features out on the integration.
