#3722 - Error when syncing target list after updating to Sugarchimp 7.11.3
Config.php of SugarCRM got changed to 'root' after creating new list from SugarChimp to MailChimp, and file permission got changed to 660. Attempted multiple instances and issue persists.

Hello, sorry for the issue and thanks for reaching out.
We use Sugar’s built in tools to update any necessary changes to the config.php file. We do not directly make any changes to it ourselves. My guess is your php settings are determining what user and permissions the file is getting changed to. You may want to check your php and server settings to see what permissions and user php is running as.
Our latest version 8.0.0 actually gets away from using Sugar's config.php at all. We now store all of our config items on the config table. I recommend getting that version from your dropdown menu > Purchases page. Let me know if that makes a difference for you.
