#3819 - Question about VPN
Good afternoon,
I have a question, I have a CRM that works with VPN, how could this affect this features, can my targets still be able to click in the URL campaign website and see the page? will be counted on the campaign review?
I just want to see how will it be

Hello there,
Having your CRM behind a VPN should not affect the sending/receiving of Campaigns out of MailChimp. All sending is done from their servers. It could, however, affect the incoming webhooks from MailChimp so that MailChimp updates coming back to the CRM would not work.
