#3827 - GDPR Field mapping
Hi team,
I turned on the GDPR fields for my sign-up form on Mailchimp but I'm not able to map these fields with the new Sugar 8 Data privacy Module.
How can I sync these informations with Sugar ?

Hello Olivia,
Unforunately for us, MailChimp does not provide api access to their GDPR fields. So we have no way of connecting those to SugarCRM. I recommend creating a MailChimp 'Group' that works the same as the GDPR field. This would then connect to a multi-select field in Sugar on the Contact/Lead record.
If this functionality is not sufficient, can you schedule us a call so that you can walk me through the ideal customer workflow and how it would be used.
We still do not have many clients using the Data Privacy module in Sugar for all opt out preferences, so I would appreciate any details on how it would work best. Can you schedule a call with me here:
