#3842 - Disable SugarChimp without removing

Hi, Is there a way to disable the plugin without removing it? The reason is that we need the plugin to be enabled on our Live server but disabled on our UAT server. I receive the following message in the logs: Key could not be found locally. Please go to the license configuration tool and enter your key. I guess when the plugin is disabled those messages will be removed
