#3995 - TargetList Dashlet not showing anything
Hello,
The dashlet for Sugar TargetList record is not showing anything except :
This list is not setup to sync with MailChimp. You can start syncing this list to MailChimp by going through step 4 of the SugarChimp setup process
My list is synced, and the other dashlet are working well.

Thanks for reaching out. Can you tell me the version of SugarChimp you're using? You can see this information by navigating to Health Status from within the Administration page.
Can you also try clicking on the gear and refreshing the dashlet? Please let me know if refreshing changes this view for you.

Hello Heidi,
We are using 8.2.1a. I don't understand why but now I can see the dashlet content. Just for my information, what does "This Target List has not been setup as a SmartList." means? I'm not finding any settings nor explanation about "SmartList".

Thanks for letting me know the dashlet is now working. The SmartList is something we do behind the scenes to sync all your contacts, leads, or targets to a specific Target List.
When you set up a list to sync, if you have the Basic plan only the records on a Target List will be synced to Mailchimp. However, if you have the Professional or Ultimate plan, you have the option of syncing all contacts, targets, or leads even if they aren't on a Target List. This means you don't need to manually maintain the Target List and gives you a more hands off approach to syncing your records.
We use the term SmartList to describe the behind the scenes work SugarChimp does when you use the feature described above in the Professional or Ultimate plans.
