#4050 - Can't sync Sugar data to MailChimp
Hello,
Days ago I noticed that I can't sync data to MailChimp.
We have installed the new version of SugarChimp and the error persists.
The SugarChimp scheduler is configured to synchronize the data every 12 hours, but for some reason, it does so every 5 minutes and still doesn't send anything to MailChimp.
Is there possible to be an error in the configuration?

Happy to help! Under Pending to Mailchimp within the Health Status page, do the numbers ever go down, or are they just growing? It would be helpful if you could send along a screenshot of both your Health Status page as well as the Schedulers page to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com.
Additionally, we have a hidden page to show the batches we are sending to Mailchimp. To access it from the Health Status page, change the url from "/health-status" to "/adminbatches". Click through some of the recent batches to see if there are any with errors. If so, can you download them and send them along to us in the above email?

Just wanted to close the loop on this ticket since we communicated via email. We found an error in the logs that stated "cURL support is required, but can't be found."
This is an issue your CRM partner should be able to resolve. Nothing else looked out of the ordinary, so once this is resolved your syncing should work, but please let us know if you do encounter further issues!
