#4191 - Only some of the fields are populating into MaiChimp
I'm trying to sync my list of about 11,000 from Sugar into Mailchimp. It seems that the system has pulled in all of the names and email addresses. A couple hundred of the contacts also correctly included their other data points (e.g. company, phone, address, etc.), but most did not. I've tried to go through the syncing process again, but the result is still the same.
Please advise regarding how we might ensure that the data is synced correctly.

Happy to help! Can you navigate to the Health Status page from Sugar Admin and send a screenshot of what appears to mailchimp@fanaticallabs.com? I'd like to also take a look to see if we're getting any errors. Can you follow the steps below to see any errors we may have:

Just wanting to quickly follow up here for anyone following along. It looks like some of the merge tag types were radio buttons. Since you were seeking to sync multi-select fields from Sugar, we removed the radio merge tags and instead created Mailchimp Groups.
