#4270 - Title Alliance SugarChimp Upgrade in preparation for Sugar 9.2.0 upgrade
Hello,
We have a common customer, Title Alliance, who needs their SugarChimp upgraded so they can be upgraded to Sugar 9.2.0. I am told that they have purchases top of the line SugarChimp which includes installation and support but the guys who told me that lie all the time. Sales folks you know! ☺
Anyway, if that is the case then how do we proceed.? Can you get with Title Alliance and schedule the update? If it is not covered in their current contract can you send me instructions on how to do it. If I remember correctly you simply uninstall the package and then reinstall the new one but things may have changed or I may misremember. I'm old and forgetful.

Also I noticed this shows that I am from Ticomix, Inc but I now work for W-Systems. Ticomix sold off their CRM division.

Hi Pat,
Happy to help! I do see they have the Ultimate version which includes assistance in installing the latest version. Looking at their account, however, I show SugarChimp 9.2.2 was just recently installed already (which is the latest version) so you may already be good to go here.
If you do need help with installing, what we typically recommend is scheduling a time to screenshare with someone who has Admin access to SugarCRM and we'll walk through installing the integration together.
