Also I noticed this shows that I am from Ticomix, Inc but I now work for W-Systems. Ticomix sold off their CRM division.

I'm sorry to inform you, that we are no longer supporting this add-on. It will be removed from SugarOutfitters. If you purchased it and need your money back, SugarOutfitters can provide assistance. Sorry for the inconvenience, we thought that this had been disabled previously.

We will research the issue with the GrideLayout... What version / edition of SuiteCRM are you using? We do not provide named users in the pricing; every user of the system is capable of using Chitter so the license is per user.

Unfortunately; the UX for Sugar 6 takes advantage some of the features only available in the Sugar commercial editions themes. So this is not compatible with Sugar 6 CE.

When you synced the Contacts to Marketo. Marketo uses the Email address of the information sent to Marketo to deduplicate. Do all of the leads that have been created in Sugar/Marketo have the same email address?
