Thanks for creating a case. You may want to try installing again. I've never run into that issue.
Was there an old version of SugarChimp already installed?
What exact version and edition of Sugar are you running? You can find that by going to the "About" page in the top right corner.
Thanks!

Ok, thanks.
Is it the free Community Edition of Sugar?
Are you hosting it on your own servers or is someone hosting it for you?
A couple things to check:
1) Make sure PHP Notices are turned off in your php.ini settings. Set error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_NOTICE in your php.ini file and restart your web server.
2) Make sure you have properly setup all the permissions of your Sugar instance. Here are some helpful links for that:

Thanks!

My sugarcrm is installed in bluehost.com and it's the free edition

Sounds good.
You will need to get whoever setup your Sugar instance to look into the two things I suggested checking: PHP notices and proper file permissions.
Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

I was checking that stuff and it's ok, I retry to install again but nothing happened

If all of that is ok, the next thing to check is your sugarcrm log and your php log.
Can you please email me your sugarcrm.log file and your php log from the server?
You can send it to support@sugarchimp.com
Thanks!

After speaking with the customer we found some permission issues that need to be corrected.
I'm closing this case for now. Comment here or start a new case if you need anything else. Thanks!
