#925 - Errors in Sugar CRM log
We are receiving many error in the Sugar CRM log which, according to Sugar support, is causing many problems with other modules. The error we are getting is:
Caught error: Undefined index: sugarchimp_logger
All day every day. Any suggestions?

Hi Craig, it seems Sugar support is being a bit lazy ;) If they would look a little closer they would notice that is simply a PHP Notice (not an error) and doesn't negatively affect anything other than adding more noise to the log file.
In our more recent version we've cleaned up this notice. It will go away if you upgrade SugarChimp. If you grab the latest 7.1.1 from SugarOutfitters, install it over the current version using Module Loader and the message will stop.
You may have to talk with Patrick Lao from Accent Gold as it looks like your license is tied to his SugarOutfitters account. Let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks!

Hi Craig, it looks like you were able to update your SugarChimp. I see there are some validation error email notifications going through. If you go to Admin, scroll to the bottom to the SugarChimp section and click on "License Configuration", then click on "Validate" it will stop these errors notifications from happening.
Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks!

After we updated SugarChimp to 7.1.1, the install went through fine but now cannot validate the license. Below is the log entry.
Wed Nov 12 06:11:10 2014 [6580][1][FATAL] SugarChimp:fatal:1415801470: SugarChimp_Scheduler_Driver::end The scheduler failed to finish: Array ( [status] => error [message] => The SugarChimp SugarOutfitters license failed to validate: Key could not be found locally. Please go to the license configuration tool and enter your key. [error_type] => license )
This is the error we get when validating:
Failed: SugarOutfitters_API::call(): Unable to validate the license key. Please configure the firewall to allow requests to /key/validate and make sure that SSL certs are up to date on the server.
I talked to Sugar about this they say they are not blocking the API call.

We were able to work through this via email. Installing the latest version did the trick.

Thanks for the help Jason.
Craig, let us know if you need anything else. I'm closing this case for now.
Thanks all!
