Hello,
Sadly it appears this isn't going to meet our needs. the suburb is appended to the Street Address and this needs to be a separate field in order to meet NZ Posts specifications for mailing houses. Can I arrange for a refund and cancellation of our license please?

We can do the changes.If you are going to add the suburb field the value of suburb will appear there instead of street.

I can separate fields for street,suburb,city,state,country but it will mess up when you enter data of other countries.
I would rather suggest not to include a different suburb field but change the label of City to City/Suburb and State to State/Region. Eg : An Address 50 Ash Street Avondale, Auckland, New Zealand
will be displayed as
Street : 50 Ash Street City/Suburb : Avondale State/Region : Auckland Country : New Zealand Postal Code : 1026
