#3101 - problem installing the Addon in my Sugar Environment

    Hello Tobias. Could you please update the permissions on the cache, custom, and modules directories of that instance? Normally that error is either an issue with the zip package or permissions. I double checked there weren't any mis-spellings or extra hidden folders in the package and was able to install it on an On-Demand instance.

    If updating the permissions doesn't do the trick could you please let me know. Thanks again for your trial and reaching out to fix this issue.

      Hello, I tried now with amended Folder rights and gave as a test the whole path for Everyone with Full access, but still no luck. please let meknow what else I should do. Thank you, Tobias

    There was a file with a long length that may have been causing the unzip issue. If you like I'd be happy to try and install the package for you. I'd just need credentials sent to my email to shad@jackalsoftware.com.
