    Hello,

Those notices are expected behavior. Are you saying the install does not finish?

    Thanks a lot.

Yes it fails to install, it sits there at 80%. If I try and install again it starts at where it left off, 80% and then it just sits there again.

Interesting. I have not run into that before. Is it possible to send credentials so I can take a look? If so please send to shad@jackalsoftware.com

      Thanks a lot.

Sorry, what do you mean credentials? I wouldn't be able to send you logon details to our network area which has the CRM staging system installed on it? I can send you logs if you need them?

I understand. Yes please send the logs and I'll see what I can find out from them. It looks like the install actually happened but may have timed out during the Repair and Rebuild. Could you run a Repair and Rebuild and see if you can access the module via Admin?

OK I ran the repair and that ran OK, but the install still seems not to be there and when I try to run the install again it starts at 80% again?

Are you saying you enter the license key and it validates but doesn't save? I would check the permissions on the config.php file. Also check the PHP error and sugarcrm.log files for clues.

Yes that seems to be the case, I am on as an admin and I validate the license, it get the green tick and then I can click on Continue. I can create a dashboard but as soon as I come out of the CRM and go back in the Dashboard Manager is gone. If I go back into Administration and then go back into the DB License Manager I need to activate it again, and the same process repeats. I was able to install in the end so surely it can't be permissions related can it? If so, do you have any idea which permissions are required?

The license is stored in the config.php file during the license validation it should be saved in the config.php array. But it doesn't sound like that is happening. The file should have 644 linux permissions and writable by webserver
