#1748 - Duplicate Detector not working on our Suite CRM version - request for refund
Dear SugarOutfitters Team,
we have made a purchase of the Duplicate Detector, however this plugin is not working in our Suite CRM version. As soon as we activate this plugin out Suite CRM fails to save anything. So therefore we would kindly like to ask you to refund the costs for this plugin as we are absolutely unable to use it.

Hi,
I have indeed tried the new package which you have sent me on Nov 2 however this is also not working for me either. The same bug appears. So therefore I have unfortunately decided to not use this plugin anymore and would very much appreciate if you could refund the payment I have made for it.

Hi, We apologize for the inconvenience, the problem could be of file permission on the server. We can get that solved with ease. However if you still wish to get refund ask here
