We will no longer be using Sugar at our organization. Can you tell me how to cancel and remove the auto-renewal on our account?

Hi Within the Purchase History tab of the order in your Purchases area of the SugarOutfitters website you should be able to cancel your subscription when you no longer need the add-on.
As the subscriptions and billing are handled and controlled by SugarOutfitters, you will need to address any future questions about billing/subscriptions to them directly via the Contact Us link under the My Account menu at the top right of the website screen.
