#1057 - Howto uninstall

Hi,

We have evaluated GSync for our SuiteCRM instalation, but now want to uninstall the module.

Where can I find the uninstall procedure? How to stop GSync to be billed?

    Hi Hans,

    You can uninstall it under the Sugar Admin settings, Go under Module Loader and click on uninstall infront of the GSync plugin and complete the uninstallation.

    For cancel the billing, You can check under your Sugar Outfitters My Account -> Purchases.

    Hi,

    We are working with SuiteCRM, wich is not 100% supported yet. Inspite of that we wanted to see how the integration would look like in Google Calendar. For the next period we will further evaluate whether this integration adds value to our workflow.

    Can you tell us how to clean up some phantom code from RTSync after we have uninstalled it? Is it safe to just find the references in the custom folder and remark them out?

    We are seeing the following errors when we go to Admin > Schedulers >

    We had RT Sync installed a long time ago but uninstalled it. It no longer shows up when we look at Admin > Module Loader. We are getting ready to do an upgrade and we are trying to clean up error messages..
