It looks like you have 3 current trials of Gmail Sync going and 2 of them have had keys that show successful validations. What are you seeing when you validate the key on your side? If you can paste any message that you see here it would be helpful. I'm not concerned about your firewall since it seems to be working, but make sure connections to sugaroutfitters.com are allowed.
Make sure to quit 2 of those trials by going to My Account->Purchases, opening the order, clicking on the Purchase History tab, and clicking on Quit Trial on the right side.
