#1092 - Gmail Outbound Messages Not Synced

We have contacts and calendar syncing configured, and email is working well for the most part.

However, if I send an email using the gmail interface, it's never pulled down into Sugar even though the sent item folder is configured for the email account.

What do I need to do to get synced items syncing working properly?

    Hi, First of all Make sure you have configured the Email module correctly, if yes then your email module's Inbox must show your all emails sent via Gmail interface too. If your inbox does not show the emails then this is your Email configuration issue. Email Archive works for all those emails which are present in Inbox.

    Also, You need to make sure that Archive Email checkbox is checked under GSync settings and schedular is running properly.

    Part of the problem may be related to the missing checkboxes? I don't have checkboxes to enable archiving.

    Hi abtdoug,

    In Sugar6. there is only "Deactivate" or "Activate" link , no checkbox. Screenshot shows that Email Archive is enabled. You need to check under Admin-> Schedulars that Email Archive Schedular is running. If yes then your Email Archiving is working correctly.

    P.S: Make sure you have configured the Email module correctly, if yes then your email module's Inbox must show your all emails sent via Gmail interface too.     Emails are showing up on the [Gmail]/Sent Mail folder in the SugarMail interface, but they are not beimg imported. The email module is correctly configured.

    We need to get this worked out so we can deploy to production.
