#1146 - Every step followed exactly - still not syncing
I've followed every step precisely for sugarondemand 7 and when i create a calendar item in sugar it is still not syncing up with my google calendar. what logs or screen shots do you need to troubleshoot?

Hi MIkeg,
Please make sure Schedulers are working under Schedulers section. Also make sure your Gmail ID is authenticated properly by following all steps mentioned in installation Guide.
If above steps are all done then send us your instance URL and credentials to do troubleshooting for your instance instantly.

My contacts are syncing find. but not my calendar. its giving me the following errors in the logs.

Hi mikeg
Your log is showing that Gmail Authentication is not successfully and it is showing "No google auth credentials saved for userID : 1" you need to perform Gmail If Authentication or send us your instance details and We will do it for you

I need to know how exactly to do this so that i can do it for the rest of my users as well. I have the google auth credentials saved or how would it be syncing my google contacts but not my calendar. can you explain what "Gmail If Authentication" is and how to perform it?
