#1419 - Locks up SugarCRM Pro 7.5.2.2
Per Sugar support, "I was able to reproduce the login issue. I did some testing and I was able to track down the root cause, it appears that the RT_GSync customization was attempting to reference a file that did not exist. When I uninstalled the customization and ran a quick repair and rebuild the instance came back on line. "

Hi Steve,
Its Strange because same GSync package works perfectly for the other users! Can you please let us know that which package you have installed on your instance? We have separate packages for sugar 6 and 7 Onsite and Ondemand versions.
