#1805 - RT GSync: successfully installed, gmail account verified, email account configured, etc, But still not fully 100% working...

Closed Installation created by soportetecnico 8 years ago

Hello guys.

Yesterday I completed Installation, and followed both manuals (Installation + User guide). I wanted to post pictures here to help me illustrate my case, but I'm getting "Invalid backend response", so I was wondering if you could provide an email to send them to you... In any case, I have the RTGSync panel in administration, and already validate the license. In the schedulers says that no Job is created yet, but I did create the job; I use Webmin to manage my CentOS server. and in "Scheduled Cron Jobs" you can see:

** User Active? Command Move
root Yes php -f /var/www/sugarcrm/superbloque/cron.php > /dev/null 2>&1**

I'm in a hurry to get things done before monday!

Thanks in advance for any help you could give me.

    Hi,

Thank you for writing us , From the information you provided, it seems your cron job is not setup for your instance and therefore Schedulers of Contact and Calendar sync is not running. Please ask your IT /Network Admin to make sure your Instance is properly setup for cron job and Sugar's default schedulers are running properly because if default schedulers are running then contact and calendar related schedulers will also run.

If need any further details, you can write us at support@rolustech.com for further queries.

    Regards Rolustech Support.
