#2064 - RT GSYNC Demo Period

Hi,

We've had some problems (and still have) installing RT GSYNC within our SuiteCRM (beta install) installation. Our It department is a little overstretched with important tasks (business Booming) and has had little time for support.... We do business in the medical world so remote assistance is according to our IT department a No-Go. I would like SugarOutfitters to extend the demo period with a month , this gives us enough time for a solution and a reasonable testing period. I hope you can help us, if successful we will be using RT GSYNC for about 10 persons .

    Hi Paul, Chad from SugarOutfitters here. We don't usually extend trials, but in this scenario I'm happy to do so. Your trial has been extended to May 6th.

    Please work with Rolustech (makers of the integration) on the support issues. They're a great team and should get you all fixed up.

    Hi Chad,

    And then it stopped working... Trying Validate result: -> Error: "Free Trial has expired and payment failed. Update payment information on SugarOutfitters to continue usage." What to do, can you provide a fast solution?
