#2074 - How do I cancel my subscription
Hi there. Can you please tell me how to go about cancelling my subscription. I had a trial for one user and it was billed at $99 and after trying it out we have decided not to install fro the rest of the office. So I would like to make sure this account for one user is cancelled and will not be automatically renewed.

Hi there,
The reason I need to cancel the subscription is that GSync is a little too robust for our needs. It archives every email and every meeting or contact into Sugar (and onto my Samsung smartphone!).
The problem for us is that we don't want every single email and contact synced. We need to be able to select which ones should sync. Our need is to keep the SugarCRM database very clean and have it only contain contacts and data specific to our sales needs. We are a media company that works with contacts across sales, distribution, journalism, business etc. And only the sales related data needs to be in Sugar.
