#2160 - Can't validate Rt GSync on on new SuiteCRM instance

Hi there, I would like to trial RT GSync but after I install, enter the license key and click on Validate, nothing happens. RT GSync User Count stays at zero and Licensed User Count is blank. I'm using a new install of SuiteCRM installed on Siteground shared hosting and installed using Softaculous. SuiteCRM Version 7.6.2 Sugar Version 6.5.23 (Build 1061) Can you help? Many thanks....
