#2160 - Can't validate Rt GSync on on new SuiteCRM instance
Hi there,
I would like to trial RT GSync but after I install, enter the license key and click on Validate, nothing happens. RT GSync User Count stays at zero and Licensed User Count is blank.
I'm using a new install of SuiteCRM installed on Siteground shared hosting and installed using Softaculous.
SuiteCRM Version 7.6.2 Sugar Version 6.5.23 (Build 1061)
Can you help?

Hi there,
I tried to validate again and after a bit it said success and Licensed User Count changed to 1, but RT GSync User Count still zero. However when I press continue a blank page with normal SuiteCRM menu at top.
Also, when I go back to Admin page and click on License Configuration it is no longer validated.

Hi,
Please make sure you have installed RT GSync Sugar 6 version, GSync Sugar 7 is not compatible with SuiteCRM.
If you have installed the correct version, then uninstall the plugin and install it again with your browser pop-ups enabled.
If the issue still persists then please share your CRM access with us (temporarily) at support@rolustech.com and our technical team will do the setup for you.
