I am getting this error: Administrator has disabled GSync for this user, contact administrator to enable it.
I uninstalled the module and then reinstalled and updated the license.
I'm getting this error, plus the schedulers page is showing up blank.

I tried resetting the permissions, that didn't work.
Seems like its not saving the license info. When I go to the license, It will validate and I have a user. But when I go back, it doesn't show its validated or there are any licensed users.

Please help me. All the instances are this way now that I updated the license.
I can't use this plugin or the RT Sales plugin. Timesheets - nothing.

Hi,
Yes this issue was resolved. There were errors in the client's Sugar which we fixed after which he was able to use Gsync.
