#2596 - Billing issue?

What is going on? I just saw a 15 charge in my account. Is there a place I can get my balance for charges this month? What is the issue with billing? I need to be warned first before things get turned off. I tried resolving this issue earlier this month and was not contacted on what to do. Please advise. I have to have this particular license renewed. All the gsync licenses. I'm not worried about timesheets or the rt sales map right now. But I need the gsync.

    I can help with this. Your orders can all be found at https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/orders. For each order you can go to the Purchase History tab and see the billing history. You can cancel your trials or subscriptions on this tab as well. It looks like you are using PayPal which we have had some issues with notifications with. We are looking into those issues.     Why is this case closed? There is still the issue with the license and payment. Can you just send me a link and let me pay whatever i need to pay to get this active? I've had money all month and there have been charged from sugar outfitters. Why did you not charge for this one? This mistake is on your end, not mine.

      Sorry, I closed this case as this support area is for product related issues. I am working with you directly over email on how to get this resolved for you and your clients. The issue is with PayPal and its limitations. There is a way to work through this to where you want to be. I sent an email with the details on how to do that.
