I'm wondering who runs the company who sells the gsync product. We've been trying to get it to work for two weeks with no success and very little response. Every once in awhile there's an email that suggest we do something we've already done. What do you suggest we do from here? Just cancel the service? I'm very tech savvy and certainly I cannot be the only person having installation problems of this nature.
