#3726 - Cannot install RT Gsync

Hi I'm trying to install GSync to my sugarCRM. My current version 7.6 the file plugin I downloaded RTGSync_Sugar7.10.0.0_V3.9. And I got the issue: https://www.screencast.com/t/gzksCJXVDOcv It stopped and couldn't go next validate license step. Need your help to check it, is it compatible issue ? I cannot find the RTGSync 7.6 just download RTGSync_Sugar7.10.0.0_V3.9.

    Hi Carlos,

    When you did the Quick Repair and Rebuild did you see any query at the end and did you run it? If you didn't then kindly run it and if it doesn't solve the issue then kindly share your Sugar credentials with us so that we can have a look ourselves at the issues you are facing.
