#401 - Docs sync failing
Hi - I have good sync with contacts, email and cal but can't get the sync with docs to work (self hosted Version 6.5.16 (Build 1082))
I see this in the logs No google auth credentials saved for userID : 5cbea8f5-05eb-317f-d3fa-5267295c

Hi,
This log statement shows that you have not setup Drive Access for user having id "5cbea8f5-05eb-317f-d3fa-5267295c". And you can setup this by logging into sugarcrm using credentials for user that you want docs sync. go to user profile click on edit and then just save without changing anything , it will redirect you to a google drive access page . Here you have to grant access then it will redirect you back to sugarcrm.
If this is done successfully then drive sync will be active and working else you can let us know if you feel any issue.
