When creating the GSuite email connection (r@rprjr.com) to sugarCRM it always shows the error in the title?
The email and password are correct because when you enter the Users -> module and the user is chosen and click on test connection in the panel RT Sync says that the connection is successful, but when trying to connect by imap module email shows me the error previous.
the imap for the mail account r@rprjr.com is already enabled

Hi,
Thanks for reaching out.
The IMAP is used by Sugar to communicate with your email provider. RT GSync starts functioning the email archiving once you have configured the IMAP properly and does not have a direct link with the IMAP.
To configure your IMAP you can contact your service provider or have us set it up which will be a paid activity considering the effort required.

I believe we have already setup and enabled the imap for the mail account r@rprjr.com and it is still not syncing

If you have successfully put in your IMAP settings you will be able to see your emails in Sugar. Can you view emails in the Emails module?

I just checked my settings in Gmail and IMAP is Enabled with no issues.

Did you click the Test Settings button after putting in the details?
It seems you are on SugarCE. Please note that the latest version of RT GSync has not been tested on SugarCE as it has reached End of Life and is no longer supported by Sugar itself.

Yes the top image says "Test Settings" in the grey area and you can see the errors. We had this working a year ago?

It's best if you contact your mail server/service provider for this issue as RT GSync works after the IMAP settings have been properly configured by the user. This is not covered in the functionality of RT GSync.
