#494 - Not possible to edit GMail Credentials within SugarCRM CE 6.5.16
Hi Folks, I just purchased the trial version and installed it for 2 users in my SugarCRM. Everything is fine up to now. But when I would like to enter the GMail credentials for my user account in SugarCRM (Step 1. of user guide), there is no section titled "Gmail ID" in my user preferences. Please help. Hi,
Please confirm that you have followed installation guide over here https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/gmail-sync/sugar6-installation-guide particularly step 15 and then you will be able to see Gmail Id and Gmail Pass fields on users edit view.

Thanks for the advice. Now I can enter the credentials. But the sync is not running. I entered my credentials of GMail and testet them. It is OK. I was checking the batch-job in SugarCRM it ist up and running every minute. Unfortunately the contacts of SugarCRM are NOT synced to my GMail account and vice versa are not synced too.

We have seen log(posted by you) but log does not contain any useful information about the issue. Another user is having same problem we are debugging this issue on his system and will get back to you soon.
