#558 - administrator has disabled gsync for this user, contact administrator to enable it
Hello
i followed your instructions but after doing the Repair i get this message when trying to activate users:
administrator has disabled gsync for this user, contact administrator to enable it.
What should I do?

I solved the problem. I had only to confirm on the bottom of the page after Quik repair. I have a problem with syncronization. Everything is set correctly now but most of my meetings and calls don't get sync. Hi,
As log says there is no issue with Sync, meetings and calls are syncing properly. Make sure scheduler job interval should not be less than 5 minutes.
Then create/update events and those will be synced normally.
And one thing more about your 1st comment it seems you have not followed installation/user guide provided in documentation section.

I will try to set to 10 minutes. I did follow the installation guide but when you do the quic rebuild and repair normally you don't need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click on next, but in this case it was necessary.

It is not working properly. I tryed different ways to create meetings and calls but the sync does not work properly. Can you help me if I give you user and password to enter?

Yes, we can give you this support. You can share your credentials on our support email address support@rolustech.com
And also let us know your events are not syncing from google to sugar or sugar to google ??? and for which user?? so that we can debug accordingly.

I contacted the guy how gave me assistance but no answer. The system never worked properly. I still don't visualize all my appointments and calls. I tryied with different users, admin ect but not working. I decided to change system. Thank you
