#567 - GSync- Calendar scheduler has not run.
Hi,
I have installed the latest version of Gsync on my 6.7.5 on demand instance. I logged in with my Gmail profile and made sure the Calendar scheduler is active. However, it has processed no jobs in the ~18 hours since I created it. Is there something I'm missing?

Hi,
Please make sure that step#13 to step#17 provided here https://www.sugaroutfitters.com/docs/gmail-sync are executed successfully and then send us your log file. As you have ondemand instance so you can copy your log file contents as following: 1) Go to admin 2) Click on System Settings 3) Scroll down and click on View Log 4) Click on All , it will display contents of sugarcrm.log file. copy contents and send to us on our support email address.
