#648 - Bad Authentication error
Getting the "Authentication with Google failed. Reason: BadAuthentication" error when trying to test a connection with 2 of our users. Have followed the installation instructions as well as the authentication troubleshooting steps but no luck.
Gmail and Google Sync: v 1.8.2 SugarCRM: 6.5.16 (CE)
Any ideas/help would be great.

Hi,
Please make sure that all of your file permissions and ownership are correct on your server. Give '775' permission rights to all your files in Sugar directory and then give it a try.
If you are still facing issue then we can have a screen sharing session to debug this issue.

I've changed the permissions to 775 and not getting the Bad Authentication error now. Still not seeing any emails in our Leads though - our scheduler is set to run every 15 mins. Any chance we could do a screen share to try and get to the bottom of the issue?

Probably the Tues 15th would be best but depends on the timezone (we are Australian Eastern Standard Time).
