Hello there, I buy the module is followed precisely your installation documentation but I'm still hang on the window "Administrator has disabled GSync for this user, contact administrator to enable it" I can not solve this problem thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    This message shows that package is installed successfully but you have to add users to utilize your licenses from Admin --> Gmail Sync License Add-on --> GSync - Configure users.

    You have to enable users for which you want to utilize licenses. Once you will do it, your mentioned message will not appear for those users.

    In case, if still problem persist, you can share admin credentials and users list with me , I will do it on your behalf. Kindly share credentials privately on support@rolustech.com and add reference on this case number.
