#793 - wont load
I’ve tried several times, but it won’t install. There is an error during installation, but no error message is given in surgarcrm.log file (as described below).

Hey Doug,
Following up here as the first thing Rolustech will need to know is what the sugarcrm.log says. It will contain the SQL that failed to run. If you can find that and paste that here it will help tremendously.

It's basically installed by the time it gets to this point. If you go to Admin->Repair->Quick Repair and Rebuild do you get any SQL that gets generated? If so, can you paste it here?
What database are you running SugarCRM on? MySQL or MSSQL? Can you turn logging up on your instance and then view sugarcrm.log (as found in your root SugarCRM directory)?

Hi Doug,
You can share the username and password of your Sugar instance. Also when you purchase a license of GSync it shares a zip file and License Number with you, that zip file & number is required to setup GSync for you.
