#802 - Email folders and visibility

We have installed the Sugar Gsync for one user but another user is able to see all those emails in a new folder in his Sugar email box even when his Gsync is not installed. Also Can you share more info on the folders created by Gsync and there were more general questions. Can you share more detailed documentation or can we have a call to clarify all our and our customers doubts?

Hi,
The email folders can be only viewed to the user who have configured the GSync email archiving for himself. Kindly let us the more detailed steps you have performed to configure the email syncing.

I would also like to know that how many licenses you are expecting to have for GSync and what features are are planning to use majorly while using GSync?

Hi
Can you share your email id so I can loop in my customer as well regarding this case? Can we connect tomorrow at 3pm India time or 10.30am London time? We have already purchased 5 licenses and installed it as per your User guide but there are visibility issues regarding emails and folders for users whose Gsync is still not activated. Features needed are email and contacts sync seamlessly
