#828 - calendar working but not contacts

I am using version 6.5.4 we had an issue with cron...but it was fixed and new calendar events started appearing ( thx!) but contacts do not seem to be syncing cron jobs appear to be working any help?

    Hi Mark,

    I sent you following Note yesterday in email, because I already observed that this would be a problem. But I explicitly left it as it is because I was not aware of your exact requirement of Syncing both way ..... (Just a note: your Sync from Contacts "Google To Sugar" is disabled in GSync module, if it is required , you can enable it in GSync module)

    For the time I have enabled it for you and also mentioned step below in case you want to do it in future for other users also.

    Steps: -Login with the user you want to sync contact -Open GSync module -Check the checkbox "Google To Sugar" under Contact section -Click on Save button

    Please also let me know if all is going good.

    Thx for update yes I checked Sugar to Google in contacts however contacts still not syncing....calendar is fine

    We have verified your Sugar using your provided Credentials, We concluded that Contacts Sync is working fine. We observed that the Schedulers jobs on your Server are executing after every half an hour instead of Every 5 Minutes therefore it is taking time for contacts to be Synced.

    On User Profile Settings, please provide your Gmail Account Credentials and then save settings. Now the Scheduler will execute after half an hour and your Contacts will be Synced. Please try again & let us know about your finding. We are here to help you out!

      Thx we have fixed calendar and contacts...thx the email archive has never worked either ( emails sent to me in gmail are not showing up in contacts in sugarcrm) any help there?

    Hi Mark,

    We have reviewed your Sugar Instance. We observed that for GSync you are using manainvest@gmail.com email address but under you Emails Module, settings contain this Email Address mark@valourcapital.com (This email address has nothing to do with Archive Emails).

    Please setup Email Address under Emails module for this Email Address manainvest@gmail.com, because this Email Address is provided under GSync module by you. Then it will do Email Archiving.
