#919 - Syncing Emails

When syncing emails, will it only go into a contact's history if you go into the email module, select that email and then press import?

I've tried to send test emails to test contacts in Sugar and they don't automatically transfer into the contact's history.

    Hi mnezam,

    We have replied back to you in another Case posted by you for scheduling a Call. As far as concerned to your issue, you do not need to import any thing, Just setup your Email Account under Emails Module and you will start receiving Emails under Contact History.
