I'm experiencing the same problem.... entered Gmail details and pressed "Test Connection" and ended up on a list of users.

If I may make an observation, as good as your tech support appears to be based on comments I read, it is somewhat frustrating that many of the solutions are not shown on the forum for use by others. A lot of issues seem to be fixed by private messages or granting access to SugarCRM installations which is great for the individuals concerned but does nothing to serve others who have the same problem. It also adds to your support costs as you need to work with more people on a one-to-one basis.

We have accessed your provided credentials, uploaded the latest patch and created our Test User to make sure every thing is working fine at your end and it seems fine now

Now you just need to login into account, Go under Profile settings and do Test Connection by inserting your Gmail ID and Password. Now save the settings and it will take you on popup to allow access. (Make sure you have already allowed popups in your browser)

Please let us know if you observe any issues. We shall also send you updated package via Email for future user, once you will approve the package which is installed under your Sugar Instance.

Sound good!

No you do not need to do any thing to get sync from Google to Sugar. It will automatically sync your Google Records to Sugar whenever Schedular will execute after 5 to 10 mins.
