Hello,

I have some concerns;

  1. When I create filters one of my fields does not show results. I have a screen shot I can send. How do I fix this?

Note: I had license verification issues so I am wary to reinstall anything in case it does not work.

  1. Can you customise what information shows in the map, ie. When you select an account for example it has name and address, can I add more fields to this?

    Hi Adele,

    1. Yes, you can share screen shot on support@rolustech.com. So that we can look into the issue.
    2. When you select Accounts or any other module in the filter, all the fields of that module (i.e. default or customized) are listed down under a drop down. from where you can select your required field and create a new filter.
